The Problem
A brand operating 12 locations needed monthly performance reports for each site — pulling data from Google Analytics, social media platforms, POS systems, review sites, and email marketing tools. A marketing coordinator spent 3 full days each month manually logging into 6 different platforms, exporting CSVs, building slides, and emailing reports to location managers and executives. The reports were always late, often had copy-paste errors, and nobody trusted the numbers.
The Solution
Built a reporting job that connects to all 6 sources, cleans the data into one format, writes per-location and executive reports, then emails them on the first of the month. Nobody has to assemble the deck.
