A brand operating 12 locations needed monthly performance reports for each site — pulling data from Google Analytics, social media platforms, POS systems, review sites, and email marketing tools. A marketing coordinator spent 3 full days each month manually logging into 6 different platforms, exporting CSVs, building slides, and emailing reports to location managers and executives. The reports were always late, often had copy-paste errors, and nobody trusted the numbers.

Built an automated reporting pipeline that connects to all 6 data sources via APIs and custom integrations, normalizes the data into a unified schema, generates location-specific and executive-level reports with AI-written narrative summaries, and distributes them via email on a set schedule. The entire process runs autonomously on the first of each month — no human touches it.
