A growing hospitality marketing agency was drowning in operational overhead. Three full-time coordinators managed influencer outreach, property matching, contract negotiations, and deliverable tracking across 30+ hotel properties — all through spreadsheets, email threads, and Monday.com boards. Response times lagged, details fell through cracks, and the team couldn't scale without hiring more coordinators.

The Solution

Built an end-to-end agentic AI system that orchestrates the entire influencer-property lifecycle. The system vets influencer profiles via the Instagram API, matches them to properties based on audience fit and past performance, drafts outreach and contract language, tracks deliverables against agreements, and generates weekly status reports — all autonomously, with human oversight only for final approvals.
